Maison Haute Couture de Bouchra Filali Lahlou strives to ensure deliveries after the manufacturing period, starting from the receipt of payment for custom-made products. We commit to informing the customer upon shipment of the package.

The indicated time frames are usual average times and correspond to processing, manufacturing, and delivery times.

Due to the nature of the shipping activity, delays are often unavoidable; therefore, all our shipping times are given as estimates, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.4o

Order Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to display.

Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the entered delivery address is correct. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately at info@bouchrafilalilahlou.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

  • Bouchra Filali Lahlou commits to informing the Client of any foreseeable delivery delays.
  • The client can modify the address of their order if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • In the event of any defect or non-conformity of the products with the order, the Client has 72 hours from the receipt of the products to report it by email, phone, or registered letter.

We will proceed, as applicable, with the alterations of the product(s). Any claim made after the 72-hour period will not be accepted. The products must be returned to us in the condition in which the Client received them, intact and in their original packaging. The shipping costs will be borne by the Client.
